Where can you reduce clutter in your life?
How much time do you have? Clutter exists everywhere. Now, I will say much of the clutter in my house isn’t mine. I am more the organized chaos in the house.
That said, in that organized chaos there are definitely things that need to be cleaned out. My closest is a big one. I have a few desk drawers that definitely need to be cleaned and organized. The garage is a nightmare. Not everything in the garage is mine, most of it isn’t. Unfortunately to get to the things in the garage that are mine and need to be gone through, means going through everything.
The other big area of my life that I can reduce clutter, is my brain. My mental health is important to me but it is also a constant struggle. I deal with anxiety. Also being AuDHD means theres a constantly running stream of thoughts in my head and they are essentially audible to me. It’s like having a tv show, a conversation, and a concert all playing at the same time on one speaker. Some days, it’s those things in multiples all at once. It is never quiet or uncluttered in my brain. That is my current journey and goal for my mental health.
