Are you patriotic? What does being patriotic mean to you?
Interesting prompt for President’s day. This is going to be a short response.
I am not patriotic by modern standards. I do not blindly believe that everything my country does is great and wonderful and that we are the best in the world.
I am patriotic by my standards. I care about the fate of this country. I care about the safety and security of our soldiers. I worry about the horrible decisions that are being made and I take as active as role as I can for my mental health.
I have sad repeatedly, this not a place for politics so I’m not saying more on this topic.
