What’s the most fun way to exercise?
Okay, I have no idea who reads this page so I have to keep this family friendly but I will say that I giggled and snickered and what I call snerked (its a sound I make that I had to come up with a word for) when I read this because the initial answer I had was a very not family friendly answer. I’m sure y’all can figure that one out.
Aside from the thing I can’t talk about, I don’t know that there is a “fun” way to exercise if your primary intent is the exercise. What I mean is there are plenty of activities like going to amusement parks that have lots of walking that will give you pretty good exercise and are fun but you aren’t focused on the exercise aspect. Going to the gym, working out at home, etc not fun. I don’t care if it’s a class or solo thing. I don’t care if it’s yoga, Pilates, spinning, or gymnastics, it’s not fun if you are purely focused on the exercise. These things can be fun if you can focus on something else about the activity. Socializing, the music, I don’t know, you get the idea.
