Daily Prompt – April 13, 2026

In 10 years I will be 57, I will still be working but hopefully I will have more of a leadership role. I love my job but I do want to grow in it. At the same time, I see myself at the same organization that I’m at now. I will be in this house but we will have made many of the improvements we want. The boys rooms will have been converted to a guest room and something else, maybe a game room or a second office. I’m not sure yet. They will both be either in college or working, having reach 22 and 25 by that time. I will still be coloring and doing other arts and crafts. That will never stop. I hope I will still be streaming and that I was able to make something successful out of my YouTube. I will have a phenomenal and extensive fountain pen collection. I will have seen and have plans to see more of the world.

I know it’s very droll. I honestly don’t put that much thought into the future like. I’ve found when I do, life likes to bite me in the rear. So while I plan my day and plan my week. I even will plan my month. Trying to think too far in to the future doesn’t work well for me. I’ll just take the moments as they come.
