Describe a risk you took that you do not regret.
What is with the risk related prompts lately?!? Also apparently this should have been yesterday’s prompt and the one I answered yesterday should have been today’s. But here we are.
There are lots of risks in my life that I do not regret. In fact I have very few regrets in general. Even when things didn’t turn out as hoped I do not regret them, they are opportunities to learn. Yes, I’m that person.
One big risk that I took that I definitely do not regret was moving to the Florida. It was slightly less risky once I found a job down here but we were already planning the move before then. It was also risky because we had a much smaller to practically non-existent support system down here and finding our first place to live was a challenge. To be honest we were still applying for rentals as I was making the move down.
I came down first because of work and stayed and an AirBNB while we found a place and finalized things in Virginia. It was an interesting time but definitely worth it.
We love it down here. I honestly don’t miss life in Virginia at all. I miss some people but not the life we had there. Everything here is better except the car insurance. I miss Virginia car insurance
